Terms of Use

Effective August 29, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of StakeLab. By creating an account or using StakeLab, you agree to them.

1. StakeLab Service

StakeLab provides calculators, strategy trackers, record-keeping tools and educational information. StakeLab does not accept or place wagers, hold betting funds, operate a sportsbook or casino, or guarantee financial results.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use StakeLab only if you are legally permitted to do so where you live. You are responsible for applicable laws, age requirements and third-party platform rules.

3. No Guarantee of Profit

Calculations and strategy outputs are mathematical or informational tools. They do not predict future outcomes or remove risk. Past results, simulations, staking systems and calculated targets do not guarantee future performance. You remain responsible for your decisions.

4. Accuracy

Results depend on your inputs and on the software operating as intended. Verify important figures independently. StakeLab does not promise that every calculation, feature or service will always be error-free or continuously available.

5. Accounts

A StakeLab account and internet connection are required to use the calculators. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity through your account. You must not access another user's account or data without authorization.

6. Saved Strategies

StakeLab may store strategy settings, calculator inputs, results and related records in cloud services so they can be available across supported devices.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse StakeLab, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the service through automation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

StakeLab branding, original software, interface, design and original content are owned by or licensed to StakeLab. Your right to use the service does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.

9. Third-Party Services

StakeLab relies on third-party infrastructure. Their outages, changes or failures may affect availability. Other websites and services you choose to use remain governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Suspension or Termination

Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users or StakeLab, maintain security, comply with law, address abuse or enforce these Terms.

11. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StakeLab is provided “as is” and “as available.” StakeLab is not responsible for wagering losses, lost profits, decisions based on calculator outputs, third-party platform actions, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes

These Terms may change as the service, law or business practices change. Material changes should be communicated through the service or another reasonable method.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable Canadian law and the law of the province or territory in which the StakeLab operator is established, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

14. StakeLab Pro Subscription

StakeLab Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features, including unlimited saved strategies, undo/reset tools, Martingale Tracker Mode, cloud sync, and an ad-free experience. On Android, StakeLab Pro is purchased and billed through Google Play. The current price is shown at the time of purchase and is billed in USD regardless of your local currency. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals, but you will retain Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies, not directly by StakeLab. If payment for a renewal fails, StakeLab Pro access may be paused or removed until the issue is resolved, consistent with your subscription's current status as reported by Google Play.

Privacy Policy

Effective August 29, 2026

This Policy explains how StakeLab, operating in Canada, handles personal information. It is designed around Canadian privacy principles including accountability, identifying purposes, consent, limiting collection and use, safeguards, openness and individual access.

1. Information We Process

Account information such as email address, account identifier and profile name if provided.
Saved strategies, calculator inputs, settings, results, strategy names and progress information you choose to save.
Technical and security information reasonably necessary to authenticate accounts, operate the service, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse.
Information you voluntarily provide when contacting StakeLab.
Subscription and billing status (such as plan type and subscription state) when you purchase StakeLab Pro through Google Play. StakeLab does not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google Play.

2. Why We Use It

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provide calculators and cloud-saved strategies, synchronize data across devices, maintain security, diagnose problems, respond to requests, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sensitive Third-Party Credentials

StakeLab does not need your betting-account password, payment-card credentials or sportsbook/casino login to perform its core calculations. Do not place such credentials in strategy names, remarks or other free-text fields.

4. Service Providers and Processing Locations

StakeLab currently uses Supabase for authentication/database functionality, Netlify for web hosting/deployment, and Google Play Billing for processing app subscriptions. Service providers may process information outside your province or outside Canada, where information may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

5. Disclosure

StakeLab does not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting on StakeLab's behalf, when needed to operate or secure the service, when you direct or consent to disclosure, or where permitted or required by law.

6. Retention

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Saved strategy information remains associated with your account until deleted, account/data deletion occurs, or retention is otherwise required. Limited backup or security copies may remain for a reasonable period.

7. Security

StakeLab uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, including account authentication and database access controls. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about personal information held about you, request access or correction, ask how it is handled, challenge privacy practices, or request deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or record-keeping purposes.

9. Consent

By providing information and using StakeLab, you consent to collection, use and disclosure for purposes explained at or before collection, subject to applicable law. Where a new purpose requires additional consent, it should be obtained first.

10. Children and Age Restrictions

StakeLab is not intended for children. Users must satisfy age and legal requirements applicable to them and to any activity for which they use StakeLab.

11. International Users

StakeLab may be accessible internationally. Where mandatory local privacy law gives you additional rights, this Policy is not intended to limit those rights.

12. Policy Changes

This Policy may be updated as features, service providers or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated and material changes should be communicated reasonably.
